Life Coaching - The beginning
For years I worked in the IT industry, and was IT manager in a pension company when I was introduced to Life Coaching. It was the HR manager who actually introduced me, and straight away I could see the benefits of it in my job as an IT manager. I decided then and there that Life Coaching was to become a large part of my life, and this feeling has grown daily ever since I started on this journey.
Life coaching is such a good fit with my personality. Helping people to help themselves was what I naturally gravitated towards, and certainly this is at the core of Life Coaching. However Life coaching is so much more than that. It is a discipline which is scientifically proven to help people to get the best out of themselves. It is based in research, and follows primarily a logical path, which to my hardwired IT brain makes great sense.
This is the first in what I hope will be regular posts here. I hope you enjoy them.
